North Scottsdale

I love living in North Scottsdale. It’s a great place for families but also there’s so much to do. As a REALTOR here in the area its often my job to point out why its such a fantastic place to live. Luckily I can speak from the heart, and here are some of the reasons I love Scottsdale.

The Weather

I grew up in Israel in a fantastic Mediterranean climate. When I moved to New York City age 18 I was freezing! My first summer I couldn’t even believe there were gray days, I’d only seen the sun in the summer before.

When I moved to Scottsdale I instantly fell back in love with the sun. It just seems to make people so much more, happy, relaxed and smiley. Nine months of the year its perfect for golf, hiking, patio dining and more.

The Scenery

North Scottsdale is breathtaking. From the majestic Pinnacle Peak rising into the blue sky to the imposing and ancient Saguaro cactus. So picturesque and calming to the soul.

The Architecture

Working in North Scottsdale luxury real estate I see many beautiful homes in many different styles from Tuscan to Santa Fe. But you don’t have to be able to afford luxury real estate to enjoy it. You can visit resorts such as the Hyatt Regency, shopping facilities like the beautiful Kierland Commons or simply check out the beautifully designed Arabian Library at McDowell Mountain Ranch.

The Food

We have some yummy restaurants here and some amazing chefs. Some personal favorites are, Patsy Grimaldi’s at DC Ranch for a family pizza, True Food Kitchen at Scottsdale Quarter for healthy restaurant fare, Cafe Bink in Carefree for elevated comfort food and classic American food at Houston’s on Scottsdale Road.

The People

My favorite thing about North Scottsdale is the eclectic crowd I meet. Just spend five minutes in any Starbucks here and you’ll meet someone with an interesting story of how they ended up here. We have some amazing people from artists, to sportsman and even rockstars.

If you haven’t been to Scottsdale before even on vacation I really suggest you check it out. But be careful you might fall in love one day just like I did and you’ll be searching for your dream home in sunny North Scottsdale.
